I just got back from Phuket in Thailand where I spent two weeks cruising around the Phang Nga Bay islands on my brother’s Seawind 1160 catamaran. He’d just taken delivery of this stunning boat in Singapore a few days before and our job (if you can call it that!) was to prepare it for charter. It was an incredible experience that shattered more than a few preconceptions about catamarans and will be remembered fondly for a years to come.
